><div class='avia_textblock  '   itemprop=\"text\" ><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>La investigaci\u00f3n de la Fiscal\u00eda Local de Coyhaique se desarrolla de manera conjunta con Carabineros de Chile.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La Fiscal\u00eda Local de Coyhaique formaliz\u00f3 hoy una causa en contra de un imputado de 30 a\u00f1os quien dio muerte a una v\u00edctima de 40 a\u00f1os, hecho ocurrido el s\u00e1bado reci\u00e9n pasado en la capital regional, cuyas diligencias investigativas y pericias fueron solicitadas a la SIP y Labocar de Carabineros de Chile y el Servicio M\u00e9dico Legal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Seg\u00fan explic\u00f3 el abogado de la Fiscal\u00eda Local de Coyhaique, Mat\u00edas Manzano, \u201choy se formaliz\u00f3 investigaci\u00f3n en contra de un imputado que el fin de semana fue detenido por su presunta participaci\u00f3n en un homicidio ocurrido en calle Los Pilcheros de la comuna de Coyhaique\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El profesional a\u00f1adi\u00f3 que \u201ca partir de los antecedentes recabados desde el control de la detenci\u00f3n, se lograron suficientes antecedentes para formalizarlo por un delito consumado de homicidio simple cuesti\u00f3n que sucedi\u00f3 hoy\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mat\u00edas Manzano a\u00f1adi\u00f3 que \u201cante dicha formalizaci\u00f3n se procedi\u00f3 a solicitar la prisi\u00f3n preventiva del imputado como medida cautelar, por estimar que su libertad es un peligro para la seguridad de la sociedad\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El persecutor penal precis\u00f3 que \u201cesta petici\u00f3n fue acogida por el Juzgado de Garant\u00eda de Coyhaique y se decret\u00f3 la prisi\u00f3n preventiva del imputado durante el tiempo que dure la investigaci\u00f3n y asimismo, se estableci\u00f3 un plazo de investigaci\u00f3n de 60 d\u00edas a fin de finiquitar los dem\u00e1s
