Asimismo, el proceso investigativo arroj\u00f3 que este sujeto tambi\u00e9n vulner\u00f3 los derechos de otros animales de su propiedad\u201d, coment\u00f3 el jefe policial.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El subprefecto detall\u00f3 que la detenci\u00f3n se concret\u00f3 el 20 de septiembre, agregando que el imputado al momento de la detenci\u00f3n opuso resistencia, amenazando a los detectives, resultando uno de ellos lesionado en una de sus manos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Es importante se\u00f1alar, que el imputado contaba con antecedentes por los delitos de Lesiones Leves, Receptaci\u00f3n y Maltrato Animal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La detenci\u00f3n fue declarada legal por el Tribunal y se decret\u00f3 un plazo de 60 d\u00edas
