una audiencia de formalizaci\u00f3n y solicitar medidas cautelares.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La Fiscal\u00eda Regional de Ays\u00e9n solicit\u00f3 hoy el desafuero del diputado Miguel \u00c1ngel Calisto \u00c1guila, en el marco de una investigaci\u00f3n por el delito de fraude al fisco, causa en la que tambi\u00e9n existen otras personas involucradas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Las diligencias investigativas de esta causa han sido realizadas con apoyo de la Brigada de Delitos Econ\u00f3micos de la Polic\u00eda de Investigaciones de Chile y la Unidad Especializada Anticorrupci\u00f3n, Lavado de Activos y Probidad Interna (UNAC) de la Fiscal\u00eda Nacional.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El desafuero a un parlamentario es un requisito legal para efectuar una audiencia de formalizaci\u00f3n y solicitar medidas cautelares.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La petici\u00f3n fue presentada este mediod\u00eda por el Fiscal Regional (s), Luis Contreras Alfaro, a fin de que sea resuelta por el pleno de la Ilustr\u00edsima Corte de Apelaciones de Coyhaique.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Tras el an\u00e1lisis de los antecedentes presentados por el Ministerio P\u00fablico, los Tribunales de Justicia determinar\u00e1n si existe o no m\u00e9rito suficiente para el desafuero.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En esta causa tambi\u00e9n existe una querella interpuesta por el Consejo de Defensa del Estado contra el diputado y contra quienes resulten responsables del delito investigado.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>\n<div  style='height:50px' class='hr hr-invisible
