El imputado de 27 a\u00f1os, pareja de la v\u00edctima y padre de hijos en com\u00fan, fue puesto en prisi\u00f3n preventiva, seg\u00fan explic\u00f3 el fiscal adjunto subrogante, Sebastian Vild\u00f3sola.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\u201cEl d\u00eda de hoy se formaliz\u00f3 investigaci\u00f3n en contra de un imputado de 27 a\u00f1os de edad como autor de un il\u00edcito de femicidio en grado de frustrado, hecho que fue cometido en la tarde del d\u00eda de ayer en la ciudad de Coyhaique y que afect\u00f3 a su conviviente y madre de hijos en com\u00fan\u201d, detall\u00f3 el abogado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\u201cLos hechos dan cuenta de un intento de asfixiar a la v\u00edctima, adem\u00e1s de agredirla con un objeto punzante en diversas partes del cuerpo. Atendido los antecedentes expuestos en la audiencia y a solicitud de esta Fiscal\u00eda, el Tribunal decret\u00f3 la prisi\u00f3n preventiva del imputado por estimar que su libertad constituye un peligro para la seguridad de la sociedad y especialmente de la v\u00edctima, fijando un plazo de investigaci\u00f3n de 60 d\u00edas\u201d, dijo el fiscal subrogante.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\u201cLas diligencias de esta causa est\u00e1n a cargo actualmente de personal de Carabineros de esta ciudad\u201d, complement\u00f3 Sebasti\u00e1n
