Instancia donde dialogaron con el juez Rudy Hald Ram\u00edrez, quien les explic\u00f3 la labor de este tribunal especializado, junto con responder dudas y consultas de los j\u00f3venes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"v1MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">La jornada incluy\u00f3 tem\u00e1ticas como los procesos de un juicio, la importancia de las pruebas y testigos, el rol del juez, del consejero t\u00e9cnico y de los abogados que representan a las partes. Asimismo, se les explic\u00f3 los principales alcances de la Ley de Responsabilidad Penal Adolescente y pudieron recorrer el edificio conociendo las diversas unidades y funcionarios que componen al juzgado de familia de la ciudad.<\/p>\n<p class=\"v1MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Al cierre, el magistrado Rudy Hald sostuvo que \u00abdurante la visita, los estudiantes tuvieron la oportunidad de conocer la estructura del Poder Judicial, los procesos judiciales en materia de familia, y realizar diversas preguntas. Sin dudas, una experiencia enriquecedora para ellos, mostraron inter\u00e9s y mucho respeto. Adem\u00e1s, creemos firmemente que este tipo de instancias contribuyen a la formaci\u00f3n de ciudadanos informados y conscientes de sus derechos y
