El sujeto conduc\u00eda el autom\u00f3vil utilizado para este delito.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La solicitud de ampliaci\u00f3n en el plazo de la detenci\u00f3n fue realizada por la Fiscal\u00eda debido a que existen diligencias en curso solicitadas a Carabineros y la PDI.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><div  style='height:50px' class='hr hr-invisible
