El joven fue atacado por el imputado con un cuchillo, luego de ingresar al domicilio del agresor donde hab\u00eda sido insistentemente invitado a compartir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En este caso, la Fiscal\u00eda solicit\u00f3 diligencias a la Brigada de Homicidios de la PDI y un informe de autopsia al Servicio M\u00e9dico Legal, cuyos resultados fueron presentados en el juicio oral. Como querellante, en representaci\u00f3n de los familiares de la v\u00edctima, compareci\u00f3 el Centro de Atenci\u00f3n a V\u00edctimas de Delitos Violentos de la Corporaci\u00f3n de Asistencia
