la ma\u00f1ana de este viernes 24 de noviembre, se realiz\u00f3 la ceremonia de cambio de mando del Regimiento N\u00b0 8 \u201cChilo\u00e9\u201d, actividad que fue presidida por el Comandante en Jefe de la IV Divisi\u00f3n de Ej\u00e9rcito, General de Brigada Mario Sep\u00falveda Fuentes, contando adem\u00e1s con la presencia del Delegado Presidencial Provincia de Ays\u00e9n, Sr. Jorge D\u00edaz Guzm\u00e1n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Esta importante ceremonia se efectu\u00f3 en el patio de la unidad, ocasi\u00f3n en la cual el Comandante del Destacamento Motorizado N\u00b0 14 \u201cAys\u00e9n\u201d, Coronel El\u00edas Abuyeres Manzur en su calidad de Oficial Interventor dio lectura al decreto que nombra al nuevo Comandante de esta importante unidad militar ubicada en la ciudad de Puerto Ays\u00e9n, asumiendo la responsabilidad el Teniente Coronel Pedro Abarca Schweiger, en reemplazo del Coronel Mario Villegas De Witt.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Finamente, el Coronel Villegas recibi\u00f3 de manos del Segundo Comandante de la Unidad Regimentaria el gallardete de mando, s\u00edmbolo que lo acompa\u00f1o durante su cargo por un
