El proyecto, estudiado para abordar las necesidades de transporte p\u00fablico mayor de Coyhaique &#8211; Ciudad, es un asunto de gran importancia para la comunidad local.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Al respecto el Consejero Jorge Abello, integrante de la comisi\u00f3n de Infraestructura, Transportes y Telecomunicaciones del Consejo Regional, se\u00f1al\u00f3 \u201ces necesario di\u00e1logo m\u00e1s constructivo y una reducci\u00f3n de la obstinaci\u00f3n y soberbia\u00a0 a la hora de tomar decisiones cruciales de priorizaci\u00f3n de recursos regionales del FNDR, recalc\u00f3 que sin duda\u00a0 el \u00e9xito del proyecto depende de un enfoque colaborativo y participativo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Destaca adem\u00e1s el Consejero Abello \u201ces necesario perfeccionar la propuesta del Ministerio de Transporte, un punto importante de discordia es el financiamiento del proyecto, con varias propuestas sobre la mesa, adem\u00e1s de tomar\u00a0 en cuenta los aportes de la C\u00e1mara Chilena de la Construcci\u00f3n, representantes de Colectiveros y las recientes reflexiones del Diputado Alinco, entre otros tantos actores no involucrados en esta propuesta de transporte con buses.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Finalmente enfatiza el Consejero Abello, \u201cel sentimiento general\u00a0 para que el proyecto Transcoyhaique prospere, es esencial una combinaci\u00f3n armoniosa de di\u00e1logo, cooperaci\u00f3n y toma de decisiones bien informada, asegurando que no puede seguir el camino de proyectos incompletos del pasado, que finalmente no traen los beneficios que espera la comunidad\u00bb.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><div  style='height:50px' class='hr hr-invisible   avia-builder-el-6  el_after_av_one_full
