El fiscal a cargo, \u00c1lvaro Sanhueza, se\u00f1al\u00f3 \u201ccon fecha 21 de abril, en horas de la tarde, una camioneta marca Hyundai porter, era conducida por la Ruta 7 Sur y aproximadamente a la altura del kil\u00f3metro 834, aparentemente por exceso de velocidad volc\u00f3, causando que falleciera en el lugar un pasajero\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por otra parte, el fiscal Sanhueza indic\u00f3 que la persona fallecida, don Juan Rigoberto Uribe Andrade \u201caparentemente viajaba sin cintur\u00f3n de seguridad\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>En tanto, se inform\u00f3 que el conductor de la camioneta se encuentra con lesiones de car\u00e1cter reservado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por lo que se encargaron diligencias al Servicio M\u00e9dico Legal para la autopsia respectiva, al hospital para realizar la alcoholemia al conductor, y el procedimiento qued\u00f3 a cargo de Carabineros de Puerto Guadal.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><div
